• Hand wipe all cabinet exteriors
• Scrub countertops and backsplash
• Clean and sanitize sink
• Clean microwave (inside and out)
• Hand wipe small appliances and other items on countertops
• Hand wipe kitchen trash can
• Clean and polish oven and refrigerator exterior
• Clean and polish stove top and vent hood
• Detail clean under electric range burners
• Remove trash and replace bag
• Clean and disinfect kitchen floor

Bathrooms

• Remove cobwebs
• Clean mirrors (Streak-free)
• Wipe all reachable light fixtures
• Clean counters and sinks
• Hand wash cabinet fronts
• Detail clean shower, tub, tile and grout
• Disinfect toilet and toilet area
• Vacuum bathroom rugs
• Remove trash and replace bags
• Clean and disinfect bathroom floors

All Rooms

• Dust ceiling fans / wipe blades if reachable with a step stool
• Remove cobwebs
• Disinfect light switches and door knobs
• Hand wipe door frames and doors
• Hand wipe window sills and window ledges
• Dust all furniture
• Hand polish wood furniture
• Vacuum under all furniture  (we cannot move heavy furniture)
• Dust all wall art, TVs, electronics, knick-knacks, picture frames, etc.
• Wipe banister and handrails (polish if wood)
• Vacuum all floors/mop hard surface floors
• Vacuum carpet edges with attachment
• Vacuum stairs
• Vacuum living area furniture crevices and under cushions
• Change linen on all beds and make beds

Extras (Additional Charge)

• Hand wipe all baseboards
• Clean refrigerator interior
• Clean oven interior
• Hand wash wood blinds or shutters

One bed linen change is included with each General Service cleaning provided fresh linens are left out for your team. Additional bed linen changes are $5 per bed. Sorry, no upper bunk bed changes.
